Shipping and Policies

Shipping within Ireland is included in the price — no extra cost at checkout. Elsewhere, a flat rate applies: €7 to the UK, €12 to the EU, and €20 to the rest of the world. I'll sort a courier closer to each drop and get things moving as quickly as I can once an order's in.

For orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK), the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees charged on arrival — these aren't included in the order price and I have no control over them. Check your country's import rules before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.

Every knife is a one-off — handmade, no two identical. Please look closely at the photos and description before buying.

As with any online purchase from an EU-based seller, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including simply changing your mind, and receive a refund. Contact me to arrange this. If something arrives damaged or not as described, get in touch and I'll sort it straight away.
