Nakiri-170 mm Olive Handle

Blade length 170mm, height 50mm, stock thickness 2mm. XC75 carbon steel, hand-ground, 0.3 mm behind the edge, bevel angle 15° per side. Flat profile with a straight edge, designed for push cuts.

Wa-style handle in olive and African blackwood with copper spacer. Heat treated and finished by hand, start to finish. One-off piece.

Carbon steel will develop a patina with use and needs drying after washing to prevent rust. Hand wash only.
